Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team that designs and implements omnichannel Contact Centers solutions
- Work directly with clients in order to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Provide support for our solutions
Essential Requirements and experience:
- Knowledge of C# or Java
- Knowledge of SQL
- The desire for continuous professional development
- Ability to openly present his/hers own ideas
- Independent and highly self-motivated
- Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Bonus skills:
- Experience with Computer telephony integration
- Experience with Web services development (SOAP/REST)
Qualifications and experience:
ยท College or University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or comparable work experience
